Oracle Apps Technical: Supply Chain

• Must have good Experience in R12 in Rice components and expertise with order to cash cycle, contract billing and procure to pay cycle, BOM, WIP, Inventory.

Should be able to develop the customer code and reports on own and work as independent team player to complete the task.

• Prepare technical requirements for R12 implementations, Enhancement, Bolt on development for R12

•Design / review of Oracle Applications data conversions, interfaces and  custom reporting

•Design / Development of Forms, Packages, Interfaces etc

•Troubleshooting issues within reports and front-end application (Oracle EBS)

•Experience in Forms / Reports & Customization (Should be strong to develop the reports and work in Complex customized instance)

•As needed, Oracle TAR documentation and information Requirements

•Knowledge in Oracle database schemas and the use of Oracle standard APIs

•Work with the DBA’s to migrate the changes to the test instances and test the changes

•Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test

•Should be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology

• Must have Experience in R12 technical role with expertise in Core HR , Payroll, OTL (Should know the Entire process flow from scratch)

• Customization expertise (Should be strong to develop the reports and design and work in Complex customized instance)

iStore Developer :

• An iStore technical consultant with 8+ years of experience.
• Good understanding of JQuery, Ajax and Java script.
• Hands-on expertise in the following technologies: Java, J2EE, JSP/HTML, REST API, XML,etc
• Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with source code management techniques/tools (GIT/SVN)
• Should be able to proactively understand the Functional Requirements and contribute.
• Should possess good communications skills.

• JD for SOA Developer role, in addition to the SOA Architect role
• Six or more years of experience in design, development and testing of Oracle SOA Suite based integrations, including latest release 12c
• One or more successful Oracle SOA suite upgrade experience, including SOA 11g to 12c
• Demonstrated experience in Oracle SOA Suite technology Web Services  (SOAP, REST), technology Adapters, Exception handling, Security and Transaction Management
• Strong ability in translating functional requirements, writing detailed technical specifications, troubleshooting issues by analyzing the code, unit testing and deployment
• Experience in integrating Oracle EBS, B2B(EDI) and Cloud applications
• Experience in Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) is a plus
• Ability to collaborate by sharing and leveraging best practices and solutions

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in PS Implementation & Support projects (HCM modules)

* minimum of 1+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project including 1 year of experience in Interface development project using HCM Data extract & BI Publisher

* Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud application

* Competent in Technical

* Should have experience in HCM Data Extract & BI publisher development

* Experience in entire development life cycle activities – Requirement gathering, design the solution, development and unit testing, SIT testing, UAT support, PROD migration support and Warranty support

* Should have experience in Onsite – Offshore model with a team size of 6 or more

* Must have good communication skills both written and verbal as individual need to work closely with onsite team and other project stakeholders

* Fluency in English is a must

* Should possess good documentation skill to prepare all the project deliverables

* Ability to work in a focused way & to take complete ownership of the assigned task

* Should be a quick learner and should possess troubleshooting skills

* Ability to report the status on promptly

* Ability to highlight any challenge faced in the project and work with the team to solve the same

* Consistently produces good quality project artifacts

* Ability to interact with customer

Leadership Skills:

* Effectively manages time to ensure all planned activities are completed with good quality deliverable
