CTC: Rs.15,000/- to 20,000/- PM (Based on Interview Performance)
Work Timings: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM [On field]
Leave: candidate is applicable for a day leave in a week.
Incentive Plan: Once candidates achieve the given target, he/she will be eligible for incentive from 3,000/- to 15,000/- PM.

   Responsibilities:
   • Understand the product and its features by attending the product training
   • Keep up to date with the product features by completing scheduled trainings for product upgrades
   • Support fellow business development associates whenever required
   • Be innovative and come up with unique approaches ensuring a higher conversion ratio for surveys
   • Co-ordinate with Business Development Executives to provide on ground insights on a daily basis
   • Get on ground feedback through market surveys and share the same with Business Development Executives
   • Keep track of daily survey activity and ensure it meets qualitative and quantitative targets
   • Maintain MIS reports on a daily basis and keep up to date with data.

Preferred Skills:
• Knack for building a healthy conversion with people
• Usage of productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Documentation and writing skills

Preferred Attributes:
• Candidate must be Street Smart
• Candidate must be Active, Lively and have a good Attitude towards work
• Candidate must have good listening and interpretation skills
• Candidate should have good Logical Reasoning & Analytical Skills
• Should be fluent in reading writing and speaking Kannada and English
• Fluency in Telugu is an added advantage

Requirements:
• Candidates with 2 wheelers are preferred
• Valid Driving License is a must
• Candidate should have a decent smart phone in good condition
