About the role
· Provide support to L3 for RFO/ RCA (Root cause analysis) and Preventive maintenance, Participate in assess Risk and Impact.
· Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new Networking Technology & Tools
Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness session on best practices within team by proper training session. Mentor & Hand hold L1, JE Teams.

About you
Rich Hands-on experience of implementing of respective Routing & Switching solutions OEM such as Cisco, Fortigate, F5
Implementation and operational experience with enterprise class routers, switches.
Experience on Cisco switches, Routers & wireless series. Also good hands-on on Load Balancers, Firewalls.
Experience in network security technologies like ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE etc.
Experience in datacenter networking like BGP-Lite, VLAN, VxLAN, FCoE, TRILL, OTV, IS-IS etc.
Experience of working with Visualization technologies ( VMware, Hyper-v etc.) and virtual network
Experience of datacenter consolidation, transformation and migration projects
Additional information
Maintain equipment based on SOP’s and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes.
- Technical Operational Role: Maintain Standard ( OEMs – Cisco, Fortigate, Zscalaer experience would be added advantage ) based on SOP’s and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes.
Technical Consultancy Role : Ability to handle Technical Architect / Solution Consultant role for Global large scale projects on the above said OEM Network & Security products and technology
