*Role Overview:*
We are looking for a highly dependable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing business. This is not a conventional administrative role—the position demands ownership, sharp follow-up, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will act as the MD’s right hand, ensuring smooth coordination across
departments such as production, merchandising, sourcing, and sales.
*Experience:*
1- 03-05 Years As An Executive/ Assistant Secretary/ Office Coordinator.
2- Experience in Manufacturing, Apparel, or Fast-paced operations preferred.
*Qualification:*
Graduate (Secretarial/ Commerce/ Management preferred) or Any Graduation.
*Salary:*
Rs.25,000/- To Rs.35,000/- Per Month.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1- Calendar & Task Management:*
● Manage MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
● Ensure strict adherence to timelines and commitments
● Prepare daily/weekly task trackers and updates
*2- Follow-ups & Execution (Critical Role):*
● Drive follow-ups across departments (production, sampling, dispatch, accounts)
● Track pending tasks and ensure closure without constant supervision
● Maintain dashboards for key business activities
*3- Coordination & Communication:*
● Act as a bridge between MD and internal teams
● Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners when required
● Draft emails, reports, and internal communication
*4- Business Support:*
● Assist in reviewing production reports, order status, and costing sheets
● Support in data compilation for decision-making
● Maintain organized records of key documents
*5- Personal Assistance:*
● Handle personal tasks of the MD when required
● Manage travel plans, appointments, and miscellaneous coordination

*2- Technical Skills:*
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
● Ability to manage trackers, reports, and data efficiently

● Good command of English (written & verbal)
● Clear, concise, and professional communication style
*4- Additional Advantage:*
● Shorthand or fast note-taking ability
● Experience in ERP systems (e.g., ERPNext, SAP, etc.)
