*Job Description:*
A Project Coordinator in the oil and gas industry supports project managers by managing schedules, documentation, and resources for engineering, construction, or drilling projects. They act as the central communication hub, tracking budget, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.

*Professional Experience:*
1- 03–05 years of experience in Commercial Billing and Invoicing within Fabrication, EPC, or Heavy Engineering Industries.
2- Hands-on exposure to final dossier preparation (Technical + Commercial closure documents).
3- Prior experience handling Bank Guarantees (BGs) — Issuance, Extensions, and Closures.
4- Familiarity with client portals of major Oil & Gas/Energy Companies (Reliance, BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, etc.).

*Qualification:*
B.E/BTech In Mechanical Engineering With Project Management, or Any Graduation.

*CTC:*
As Per The Market Standard or Hike On The Last Drawn Salary.

*Key Responsibilities:*
*1- Scheduling and Planning:* Develops and monitors detailed project schedules (Gantt charts, L1-L3) to meet milestones.
*2- Documentation Management:* Prepares, reviews, and maintains project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, RFIs, and contracts.
*3- Communication Hub:* Liaises between cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, material management) and external clients/vendors.
*4- Budget and Procurement:* Tracks project expenses, assists with billing reconciliation, & manages purchase orders/vendors.
*5- Compliance and Risk:* Ensures adherence to safety protocols (EHS) and quality standards; maintains a log of project risks.
*6- Reporting:* Prepares project status updates, dashboards, and progress reports for senior management.

*Technical Skills:*
1- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent).
2- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros for reporting).
3- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in billing.
4- Ability to prepare and track MIS reports for management.
5- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), strong analytical skills, and knowledge of technical documentation.

*Domain Knowledge:*
1- Awareness of fabrication industry workflows (purchase orders, work orders, material dispatch, inspection clearance).
2- Knowledge of contractual terms related to billing, guarantees, and client documentation.
3- Familiarity with ISO/ASME documentation standards for dossiers.

*Soft Skills:*
1- Excellent & Very Strong English communication skills for client coordination and follow-ups.
2- Attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
3- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
4- Problem-solving mindset for resolving billing disputes or portal issues.
5- Compliance & Risk Management
6- Experience ensuring timely submission of BGs and avoiding lapses.
7- Ability to maintain audit-ready records for billing and dossiers.
8- Understanding of risk implications in contractual guarantees and invoicing delays.
