*Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Services*
– Painting, Waterproofing & Civil Repairs.
*Job Description:*
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to independently handle 3-4 residential/commercial repair sites simultaneously. The role covers end-to-end responsibility from planning to billing.
*Salary*: ₹30,000/- To Rs.40,000/- Per Month + Travel Reimbursement(Allowance) + Mobile Calling Recharge + Accomodation (If Required)
*Education*:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
*Experience*:
02-05 years in building repair, painting, or waterproofing projects. Must have handled multiple sites
*Key Responsibilities*
– *Site Planning & Execution*: Prepare work schedules, allocate labor/material, supervise daily progress across 3-4 sites for painting, waterproofing, and civil repair works
– *Technical Drawings*: Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, site sketches, and as-built drawings as required
– *Quality & Safety*: Ensure work quality as per specifications, enforce site safety protocols, and resolve on-site technical issues
– *Billing & Documentation*: Prepare RA bills, measurement sheets, material reconciliation, and client billing with supporting documents
– *Coordination*: Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project flow.
– *Reporting*: Submit daily progress reports, material requirements, and cost tracking to management.
*Requirements*
– *Technical Skills*: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, measurement/billing. Basic knowledge of waterproofing & painting systems preferred.
– *Other Skills*: Strong site supervision, man-management, vendor negotiation, and client handling.
– *License*: Two-wheeler + valid driving license mandatory for site travel.
*Location*:
Mumbai or Pan India depending on site.
